Congratulations Roy!

The Water Quality Forum's own Roy Arthur was recently recognized for the outstanding work that he has done in the Beaver Creek Watershed community. Roy is the Watershed Coordinator for the Knox County's Department of Engineering and Public Works. Roy received the award from the United States EPA, Region 4, Water Protection Division for " motivating others to take proactive measures to protect the Beaver Creek Watershed."
